The post holder will report directly to the Director of Assets and will assist the Asset Managers in providing a high-quality service, including business support, quality management, customer services, and handling complaints. The role also involves assisting in the collection and production of auditable performance data and reports.

1. A good general education, including at least 3 A Levels (Grade C or above) and GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
OR
QCF Level III (formerly NVQ) in Business Administration or an equivalent relevant qualification.
AND
At least eighteen months of administration experience in a business environment, including operation of a bespoke computerised system.
1. Experience working in an environment regulated by set policies and procedures.
1. Excellent IT literacy, with demonstrable experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, including creating graphs, charts, pivot tables, data manipulation, and analytical reporting.
