What you'll be doing
The Production Manager is responsible for managing the overall process for production of online and in-person events, streaming, marketing asset production, music and sound design, editing and the provision of professional AV expertise within the Hachette UK business.
Who we are looking for
* Media production qualifications and/or equivalent professional experience.
* Proven track record of delivering multimedia production, including in-person, online and hybrid events.
* Highly organised with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects simultaneously.
* Knowledge of filming, editing, grading and delivering content and creating and commissioning visual effects.
* The ability to project manage effectively, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of creative initiatives.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* A motivational leader, guiding the team and peers/stakeholders in the delivery of large, complex projects.
* Organised, efficient and self-starting.
* A clear communicator, confident in liaising with multiple stakeholders from new starters to exec management.
* Able to work in fast-paced environment, prioritising and managing multiple competing deadlines.

The role will be based at our London or Sheffield office, with a blend of in-office (3 days) and homeworking (2 days) per week.
