We are looking for a Marketing Executive based in Guildford reporting to our Global Marketing Manager based in Guildford This Marketing Executive position involves managing both inbound and outbound prospecting activities, with a strong emphasis on analytics and reporting. Creativity is also essential, as you will design and execute targeted campaigns. Collaborating with a talented team of creatives, you will guide and work with them to develop diverse content for digital campaigns and events. Meticulous tracking of all activities is crucial, and a sharp focus on analytics and reporting is vital for success in this role. A natural curiosity and a keen eye for uncovering opportunities are essential qualities. Main duties and responsibilities Ownership of our CRM tool HubSpot Ownership of the data held within the CRM, updating activity for Marketing and other teams. Responsible for all inbound and outbound prospecting activity. Coordinating and managing inbound inquiries, meticulously tracking, qualifying, and assigning them to the appropriate team member for optimal handling. Liaising with lead owners to ensure they have all they need for prospect engagement. Taking full ownership of the lead tracker report, conducting thorough research, allocating inquiries, and ensuring diligent follow-up and precise tracking. Oversee the planning and execution of all client and prospect events, including global round tables, regional gatherings, webinars, and seasonal socials. Be part of creating targeted campaign content and developing detailed briefs for the team to create engaging materials for our audiences, including social media posts, graphics, videos and website content. Managing targeted prospecting campaigns from their inception and execution to meticulous tracking, continuous refinement, and comprehensive reporting. Collaborating with our agency to manage and provide comprehensive reports on paid advertising efforts. Experience: Skills / Abilities & Knowledge – all essential Ability to deliver service excellence. A working knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM, Website and intranet CMS, reporting tools and Analytics. First class communication and interpersonal skills - personable, presentable and articulate with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude. Strong copywriting skills - ability to communicate and present complex ideas in an interesting, engaging, clear and concise manner with attention to detail. Experience of successfully devising and managing multiple projects and working to deadlines. Experience of successfully dealing with a variety of stakeholders at different levels of seniority – both internally and externally. Strong administration, planning and organisational skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with many international cultures and personalities. Organising and prioritising all tasks; balance of self-motivated and team player. Ability to meet deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Adaptable to change and works well under pressure. Excellent Excel and MS Office skills. Team player. Customer service skills. ‘Can do’ attitude and ability to learn quickly. Have reliable transportation to and from the office. Time split between our London and Guildford offices. Global travel when required Global Mobility knowledge and experience is advantageous but not necessary.
