We're currently supporting a provider who is seeking an experienced Home Manager (Pin not required) to support their Home. The Home has a fantastic reputation; however, it will require some improvements!
The Home has high occupancy and little to no agency use, with some turnaround elements.

Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager:
1. Overall running of the home, including budgets, staff management, quality, and compliance.
2. Staff appraisals, meetings, and disciplinaries.
3. Building relationships and communication with residents, relatives, and external stakeholders.
4. Improving quality and compliance.
5. Building strong relationships with CQC and the local authority.
6. Building and maintaining high occupancy.
7. Maintaining minimal agency usage.
Nursing Home Manager Requirements:
1. Management experience in Care Homes is essential.
2. Turnaround/crisis management experience is preferred.
3. Experience working with elderly and/or dementia residents.
4. Ambitious and motivated individual.
5. Strong leadership.
6. Good track record with CQC.
7. Computer literacy.
Benefits:
1. Salary between £50,000 - £55,000
