Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies in the specific region that drive monthly, quarterly and yearly growth against company targets Drive opportunities at the strategic and tactical level Work with sales teams in territory planning Display strong time management skills Understand and manage all phases of the sales cycle Perform regular pipeline reviews and accurately forecast sales pipeline with your team to be delivered to the Senior Leadership Team Hire, develop, coach, and manage a strong team of Sales Professionals to meet and exceed sales objectives Participate in team-building and company-growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts, and client care Ensure an effective field sales support to maximize the chances of success, by adjusting the resources, supporting the negotiation, and coordinating with other departments to address any customer issues or concerns.
