The Role
Because of Alice (AYBL Group) are looking for an exceptionally talented intern to support our Brand and Social team. This placement offers a huge range of opportunities depending on your skill set, ambitions and willingness to learn. The role will give you a broad scope of experience across all major milestones ensuring full exposure to the creative and strategic process of what goes into marketing and branding a successful collection.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Supporting with our PR gifting strategy
* Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies that reflect our mission and values
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor positioning, and target audience insights that could inform our content
* Support with the creation of branding materials, including presentations, mood boards, and promotional content
* Support in organising and executing branding campaigns, events and photoshoots
* Other general organisation and day to day administration of the brand and socials department
* Other general organisation and day to day administration of the design department
Personal Specification
* Currently enrolled onto an undergraduate degree in a fashion related field
* A keen interest in women's fashion with an eye for premium, luxury design and aesthetics
* Knowledge of pattern cutting, grading and garment construction
* Experience with the design process including creating trend resorts, concept and market research and mood boarding
* Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
* Motivated, hard working and highly organised individual
* Capable of working independently and as part of a small team
* Ability to drive and having own car would be advantageous but not essential

Schedule
Three days a week on site 9am-5pm. (Please only apply if you can reliably commute to B98 on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday.)
Duration
Three months (Depending on the requirements of the business and commitment to the role there may be the opportunity to extend your internship.)
