We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer / Scheduler to join our team in Scarborough, supporting our Melbourne team. As part of our mission, we help older Australians (aged 65) live independently and with dignity in their own homes. In this role, you will report to the Service Scheduling Coordinator and play a pivotal role in rostering staff to deliver at-home services. You’ll also help us uphold our SONA (Happiness) ethos by ensuring a positive and seamless experience for both our clients and staff. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and supporting clients through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and Home Care Packages, we would love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and staff. Efficiently manage staff rosters to ensure timely service delivery. Prioritise and respond to the needs of various departments, identifying opportunities to improve scheduling efficiencies. Skills And Experiences About You: We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively. Minimum qualification of Certificate III in Human Services, Administration, or related fields (Diploma qualifications in Human Services or Business are highly regarded). Experience in shared inboxes and working in a team to ensure optimum client directed care is achieved Demonstrated experience in customer service (preferably telephone-based). Proficiency in various IT platforms and advanced administrative skills. A kind, positive, and compassionate nature, with the ability to connect with others through emotional intelligence. Initiative and a willingness to learn. Knowledge of community-based aged care services (desirable). Ability to work well within a team, juggling multiple tasks effectively.
