Project Coordinator - Permanent, Full-Time
Are you an organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced office environment? Our client, a dynamic and innovative organisation, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team based in Winsford.
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Operations Manager and ensuring the smooth running of the business. With a positive attitude and a can-do mentality, you will be the driving force behind efficient documentation control and process adherence.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Operations Manager in daily production requirements
Generate sales order confirmations for customers
Assist with production planning and scheduling
Raise purchase orders for switchboard projects
Manage documentation, including generating production files
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
Coordinate site installations with the Site Manager and customers
Collaborate with the logistics coordinator to ensure on-time transportation and arrival of boards
Contribute to marketing and social media initiatives.
Requirements:
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with Sage is beneficial
Strong attention to detail and pride in work
Proven ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues at all levels.
Benefits:
- Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00AM - 5:30PM, Friday 9:00AM - 3:30PM
Profit share bonus opportunity
Contributory pension after 3 months probationary period
23 days holiday plus bank holidays
Competitive starting salary of up to £26,000.
