ABOUT THE ROLE Mobile Beauty Sales Representative, you will be responsible for educating and training retailer beauty advisors, in selling techniques, and how to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves delivering engaging training programs, ensuring that all retailer beauty advisors are knowledgeable and skilled in the brand. You will also be expected to manage inventory, merchandising and contribute to achieving sales targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Training Delivery: Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions. Demonstrate product techniques and provide hands-on training to staff. Help develop and present training materials, including presentations, manuals, and videos with global team. Stay up to date on the latest beauty industry trends, products and techniques. Sales Support: Work closely with the retail team to identify training needs and provide on-site support during product launches and special events. Offer advice and support on sales techniques that enhance product sales and customer satisfaction. Assist in achieving sales targets by ensuring that all staff are effectively trained. Merchandising & Inventory Management: Ensure space and location are as per the agreed commercial conditions and look for opportunities to improve current space and location. Assist with merchandising and setting up promotional displays. Assist in maintaining stock levels and replenishing products on the sales floor. Participate in inventory counts and report discrepancies to sales team. Ensure products are neatly displayed and well-organized. Brand Representation: Act as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring that all training reflects the brand's image and values. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Skills and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in retail, sales, and a related beauty industry role is paramount. Strong interest for beauty products and trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide exceptional customer service. Familiarity with a range of beauty products Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
