Working as part of an integrated Brand, Marketing & Growth strategic leadership team within Divisions and Group Marketing/Digital centrally, this role interfaces with teams across the organization including operations.

Your role as Brand & Marketing Executive
* Maintain a competitive view of future brand and marketing strategies/trends across sectors to inform the design of aligned strategic and tactical initiatives/campaigns, aligned with GK priorities.
* Input ideas to the development of brand/format integrated campaign calendars that build brand reputation and deliver against customer expectations.
* Support the development and implementation of integrated campaigns across channels, including digital, social, email, and print with the objective of building brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
* Develop integrated campaign briefs that clearly articulate campaign objectives, outcomes & KPIs outlining activity required across teams (digital, social, content, etc.).
* Monitor campaign performance and recommend adjustments to strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
* Coordinate with internal teams (central Marketing, Digital, PR, Ops, etc.) and external agencies for on-time and on-budget delivery of campaigns with a smooth handover to operations.
* Maintain brand consistency by overseeing content, design, and tone across all customer touchpoints ensuring it aligns with brand frameworks and intent.
* Develop and manage content for various platforms, collaborating with copywriters, designers, photographers, etc. to produce high-quality engaging content that resonates with target customers.
* Consistently adhere to brand/marketing processes and frameworks, driving effectiveness and efficiency through ways of working.
* Build digital proficiency in brand and marketing campaigns, driving the GK ambition to drive customer benefit through app/CRM/media channels.
