CMA HR Recruitment is assisting a fast-paced business located on the outskirts of Portsmouth, for the recruitment of a HR Advisor to join their well-established team on a temporary basis.
This varied role has arisen due to heavy workloads and will report into the Senior HR Business Partner, providing generalist HR support to the organisation.
What will the HR Advisor role involve?
* Advise on complex employee relations issues such as disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, and conflict resolution.
* Coach and support managers in handling sensitive employee situations in line with company policies and employment law.
* Ensure that HR practices are following all relevant employment laws and regulations.
* Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure they align with best practices and legal requirements.
* Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure effective talent acquisition strategies.
Suitable Candidate for HR Advisor vacancy:
* Possess strong HR generalist experience gained from fast-paced organisations.
* A HR certification such as CIPD level 5 or equivalent is preferred.
* Possess a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
* Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
