Permanent Community Staff Nurse Positions
We currently have full time vacancies for Community Staff Nurses in our Moorlands Rural PCN community Nursing Team based at Cheadle Health Centre and in our Hanley, Bucknall, Bentilee PCN Community Nursing Team based at Bentilee Neighbourhood Centre.
We are looking for Qualified Nurses to join our busy, supportive & friendly teams. These posts are suitable for experienced nurses looking for a new challenge or for those looking to return to community setting.
Our Community Nursing teams assess, plan and deliver nursing care to patients within their own homes, in line with evidence based practice. Many people would be unable to live at home without the support they receive from the community nursing teams and community services are admitting patients with a more complex acuity than ever before, with increasingly specialist treatment and care being provided by highly skilled staff.
It is a privilege to care for patients in their own homes, and by joining our team you will be able to experience the difference this makes to our families within the community.
We reserve the right to close the vacancy early depending on the volume of applications we receive.
