Our newest Marketing Manager - App will join our specialist Performance Media Team, taking ownership of the profitable growth of our consumer and owner apps.

We are a team filled with a natural curiosity and a commitment to driving positive outcomes whilst stewarding one of the largest cost bases in the business.
This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing manager, ready to take ownership of the profitable growth of our consumer and owner apps:
• Accountability for App Install targets, loyalty opt-in and App bookings.
• Accountability for owner engagement and uptake of app
• Paid user acquisition strategies (paid app Installs) are innovative and creative and that targets are hit to a cost per install basis whilst also being conscious of seasonality, demand, and the wider marketing mix.
• Strong focus on testing and learning with innovation at the forefront of the paid media strategy.
• Knowledge of App Marketing including ASO, Web to App strategies, Push Notifications would be advantageous.
• Building relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders (Product, Tech and CRM) are key to being successful in this role.
• Highlight opportunities for further growth in channel performance and wider app marketing strategy.
Your Responsibilities
Reporting into Head of Performance Media, our newest Marketing Manager will become a key player within our Performance Media team, responsible for:
• Attending departmental meetings and representing the department at internal and external meetings.
• Recommending changes to systems and procedures to improve the efficiency of the site operations. Continually review operational practices to ensure best practice is delivered at all times.
• Working in accordance with GDPR and to ensure all new systems and data are secure. Colleagues in the department may have access to material which is confidential or commercially sensitive in some way. It is a condition of their contract of employment that they use great discretion at all times and ensure that no confidential material is leaked from the department to unauthorized members of staff, customers or owners.
Core Accountabilities:
• Co-ordination of app marketing efforts across all channels
• Accountability for Budgets in excess of 2 million pounds’ pa
• Overall booking generation and user acquisition
• Being part of a continuous experimentation workflow
• POC and management of the App Marketing agency responsible for supporting App Store Optimisation (ASO).
Leadership:
• Identify, share and spread best practice throughout the business and demonstrate excellent team work
• Communicate effectively and influence key stakeholders across the business, both internal and externally such as suppliers, HOD’s, Directors etc.
• Demonstrate high level of confidence and ability in managing and resolving conflict
• Embrace and drive innovation with the ability to think outside the box
• Consistently demonstrate passion for the business and the role
• Show confidence and conviction with decision making taking full responsibility for your actions and outcomes.

First and foremost we are interested in those who have the potential to hold these values, as for this position, we ask you to have the following key skills:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an operational marketing/ App Marketing role that must include App Store, Google Ads, Display, Facebook and Instagram
• Experience of managing budgets in excess of c£5 million pounds+ p/a
• Experience of managing a multi-disciplined team (ASO/SEO, PPC, CRM)
• Strong data and analytical skills
