The Role: Our nationwide Plant and Tool division hires a range of equipment including diggers, dumpers and small tools to our customers across the construction, utilities and infrastructure sectors. As Yard Supervisor, you will lead and motivate your team to ensure the depot team to ensure the yard is kept tidy and organised at all times. In addition to this you will complete vehicle checks, complete administration checks relating to any vehicle damages and valet vehicles as required. About You Applicants for the Yard Supervisor position should demonstrate the following: • Valid driving licence with experience of commercial driving and valeting • Driven, self-motivated, able to think on your feet and work well under pressure • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to deliver quality and safety with every vehicle • Strong attention to detail and proficient IT skills, including MS Office packages • Previous team management experience is highly desirable About Us GAP Hire Solutions now has 10 divisions offering the hire of equipment and vehicles throughout the UK.
