IS Group are seeking to recruit a Fabrication Supervisor to join our team based in Flint, near Chester. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis andin return, you will receive a competitive salary of £36,000 - £42,000 per annum.

About the Fabrication Supervisor role:
The Fabrication Supervisor will work with the Production Manager to oversee daily operations in the workshop co-ordinating the fabrication, graphics and installation teams, ensuring that the signage products are produced efficiently, to the highest quality standards, and within specified timelines. This role involves supervising a team of fabricators, coordinating workflow, maintaining health and safety protocols, and ensuring continuous improvement in production processes.
