Job Summary
GRM ENERGY is seeking a skilled ECO Submissions Administrator to join their dedicated administrative team. Working under the guidance of the Office Manager, the role involves:
* Handling ECO submission paperwork for funding agencies.
* Performing administrative duties for ECO, including typing, copying, data entry, filing, and scanning.
* Coordinating with external funders on allocations, targets, submissions, and inquiries.
* Organizing and maintaining both electronic and manual filing systems.
* Preparing work packs for installers.
* Processing and submitting paperwork for completed installations.
* Meeting deadlines for both internal and external stakeholders.
* Managing customer inquiries and arranging any required remedial work proactively.
Requirements
* Must have excellent Microsoft Office experience.
* Knowledge of the Energy Company Obligation Scheme (ECO).
* Excellent communication skills, including spelling and grammar.
* Excellent IT skills.
* Ability to prioritise and multi-task – the candidate must be confident and efficient when handling a variety of different responsibilities.
* Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously and follow instructions.
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks – demonstration of accuracy is essential.
* Strict adherence to deadlines – required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
