Responsibilities
* Specialised Technical Sales for CX solutions utilising Amazon Connect
* Drive full end to end Technical Solutioning and effort estimation from origination and initial client conversations, thru discovery, design and transition to delivery
* Work directly with clients business & technology leaders to design AWS Connect architectures and the teams that will deliver them
* Design Amazon Connect/Lex/Pinpoint Architectures that optimise AWS capabilities and leverage assets and differentiation
* Collaborating within a sales pursuit team to develop innovative approaches to solving complex problems
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in the contact centre, CX or voice industry
* Minimum 3 years' experience with effort estimation and technical design for Amazon Connect and related technologies
* Deep understanding of call flows, IVR trees, email and chat channel designs and contact centre operations
* At least 1 AWS Associate Level Certification
* Hands on Experience with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and / or Amazon Pinpoint
