Income officer

We are currently recruiting an Income Officer to join us on a permanent basis. This is a crucial role to the business, as you will be responsible for recovering arrears accrued by current tenants but also looking at how we can interact with our customers to prevent debt. You will manage your own patch, providing advice, solutions, and support to our residents to ensure financial inclusion.

Duties

1. Undertake recovery action for current and former tenancy debts including rent arrears, court costs and miscellaneous debts
2. Produce Notices of Seeking Possession and additional documentation relating to County Court proceedings
3. Provide representation for Incommunities in County Court for the recovery of arrears when required
