Sales Consulting Assistant
We are looking for a candidate who has passion and ambition to grow in the corporate business field and learn to deal with international customers from different industries. A great entry level position with ample opportunities for professional growth and development. Training and guidance will be provided to build a strong foundation of business operations and you will be fully supported by a team of technical engineers so you will be able to provide first line technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
* To deal with individuals to big corporate customers or resellers, from locally in the UK to customers around the world
* To build customer relationships and provide expertise, by involving in responding to enquiries from customers via telephone and email, meeting/greeting customers who come into the office
* To conduct customer profiling, present powerpoints and showcase demo of company products to address to customer’s interest (you will only be supporting sales enquiries, there is no sales quota to meet)
* To manage and follow up large and small customer accounts by responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations using price lists and meetings follow up
* Perform administrative support, including checking and entering customer enquiries and orders onto company's ERP system to record history and schedule tasks; e.g quote follow ups
* To project manage the rollout by liaising with customers and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery of products and services
* Adhere to current business processes, provide feedback or suggestions to improve current business process or create best practices for operational efficiency
* To be involved in marketing activities: including website, Google advertising, social media campaign
Hours per Week: 37.5 Hours (Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm)
Salary: £21,600 - £25,200 per annum, £1,800 - £2,100 per month

* Have a high level of written and spoken English
* Be organised and able to work under pressure - demonstrate ability to prioritize works and meet deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail
* Be able to work as part of a team
* Logical approach to problem solving
* Excellent telephone manner, clear and effective communication skills
* Experience or knowledge in IT is an added advantage
* Proficiency in any modern foreign languages (e.g. French, Spanish) will be an added bonus but not a requirement

Desired Qualifications:
* 5 GCSE and above (including Maths and English)
