Due to the expansion of their Digital Communications team, we are partnering to recruit the job of Digital Marketing Manager (Projects) to work hybrid from their Surrey offices. Your new role As the Digital Projects Marketing Manager, you will be leading on digital projects within the expanding Digital Communications team. Working like an in-house agency to support across different business areas, the team are responsible for all websites and digital campaign activity, and you will take the lead on all things 'technical' - ranging from customer journey workflows, to automations, personalisation, nurture programmes, UX design, landing page optimisation, new site delivery, CRO, A/B tests etc. This is a wide-ranging role in which you will lead project scoping, testing, and delivery from a hands-on digital marketing perspective. What you'll need to succeed We're looking for technical Digital marketers with project-based experience. You will be comfortable with data and reporting, fluent in testing, optimising and creating landing pages, delivery of new internal and external websites, UX design principals, and marketing automation programmes including both trigger and nurture. You'll be comfortable working with diverse tech stacks (Hubspot, Salesforce, WordPress etc.) and able to hit the ground running with a variety of different digital marketing projects. You'll be excited and able to deliver new digital marketing programmes such as targeted PPC ads, enhanced web personalisation, and trigger new experiences as the tech stack is fully integrated.
