This newly created role will support our company-wide Residential team with all things social media, supporting with end-to-end campaigns to aid the continued success of the department. This is a busy and hands-on role encompassing the full digital marketing mix, supporting our Marketing Manager to deliver our Residential and Operational Living marketing campaigns with digital deliverables. You will be fully supported by members of the Digital and wider Marketing team to ensure your career develops with us. Successful candidates will have a creative flare, a passion for social media and experience of content creation. Any interest in real estate is desirable!
About the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you’ll assist the team in executing a variety of digital marketing activities to support our overall marketing strategy. Under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager, you’ll work on projects that make a real impact on our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage our social media tools, scheduling, and creating engaging content for multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook.
* Analyse campaign performance and create internal reports for stakeholders.
* Design and execute email campaigns using our email marketing software.
* Make suggestions to improve the marketing of our properties on portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla.
* Monitor and maintain data accuracy in our CRM system, ensuring seamless system integrations.
* Evaluate digital leads and target users based on engagement with our campaigns.
* Support and attend industry-related events.
* Understand and follow trends on social media platforms.
What We're Looking For:
* Experienced and passionate for all things social media and content creation.
* A passionate, optimistic and cheerful attitude.
* An interest in residential property, sales and lettings.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
* Competence in using social media platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
* Interest and experience in video creation.
