We’re looking for a Digital Print Installer to join our talented in-house Digital Print Installation team within our Marketing department at Arnold Clark based at our Digital Print Facility on South Street in Glasgow.
With an over 100-strong Marketing team, we keep it all in-house. We have the latest state of the art digital printing and finishing equipment, you’ll get the chance to work on a variety of installation projects with employees from across the whole company, installing a mixture of graphics and signage, both internally and externally. A large amount of vehicle installs will also be required, ranging from small liveries to full car wraps.
If you’ve worked as a Signage Installer before and have experience of working to tight deadlines, you’ll already have some of the traits of a successful Signage Installer. Full training will be provided on our internal systems and processes. You should also be happy working both individually and as part of a team.
When you’ll work
It’s a full-time position; generally, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm.
So, what will I be doing?
Working as part of our Marketing Install team, you can expect:
* Assisting the install team and liaising with branches for the installation and removal of point-of-sale items such as livery and in-branch signage in line with business requirements.
* Working with our print production team to ensure jobs are planned and processed through the installation team and completed to a high standard.
* Assisting the Install team to ensure jobs are completed for internal and external stakeholders across all our branches in a timely and efficient manner, including working at heights when required.
* Overseeing the completion of vinyl applications and vehicle wraps to a high standard.
* Ordering materials and supplies for the department from a variety of external suppliers in accordance with business guidelines.
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy environment and storage area at all times.
* Providing upkeep, maintenance, and cleaning of the install environment and workroom on a daily/weekly basis.
