As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Account Handler specialising in mid-market to corporate clients to contribute to their ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and responsive service.
3. Mentor junior members of the team.
4. Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to negotiate and secure competitive terms for clients.
5. Analyse insurance requirements and market conditions to provide insightful advice to clients.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, policies, and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and emerging risks to anticipate client needs and provide proactive risk management solutions.
Qualifications:
1. Experience as a Commercial Account Handler.
2. Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
4. Proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of mid-market accounts.
5. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
