Your role will be crucial in assisting with the accurate and timely entry of all the key terms of our rights-in agreements into our rights management system – Rightsline. The successful candidate will possess a degree or equivalent professional qualification, with a background in rights management in a TV distribution environment highly regarded. Role Responsibilities: Interpret distribution, acquisition, writer, production, and various IP agreements to accurately reflect the key terms and rights of our rights-in agreements into our in-house rights management system (Rightsline) Liaise with global teams to confirm rights, verify start dates, ensure any issues are flagged in a timely manner and other general contract administration. Compile high volumes of data sets in Excel, and map, migrate and validate data sets in Rightsline Support the end-to-end contract process, ensuring all contract and rights requests and enquiries are managed. Collaborate with internal teams as needed (Acquisitions, Sales, Technical Servicing, Finance/Accounting, Production, Business & Legal Affairs) Lead various projects that are required by the department to maintain data constancy/integrity. Requirements: At least 5 years of relevant work experience required. Comfortable working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams Advanced understanding of underlying distribution rights Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, tasks, and queries at any given time across multiple functional disciplines.
