3. Team Collaboration: Work alongside a team of dedicated professionals aiming to make a substantial difference in young lives.
4. Learning and Growing: Participate in comprehensive training programs and pursue qualifications in residential childcare.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for someone who has a genuine desire to support and make a difference in the lives of young people. Previous experience in children's homes is desirable, but not essential; we provide full training! A Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare is a plus but not a requirement. We will support the right candidate to achieve this qualification, including time off for study. We are looking for that special person who is looking for a long-term role where you can grow your skills and really impact your community.
