What are the detailed role responsibilities and to whom will you report?
* Deliver service and maintenance work on customer sites to company engineering standards.
* Commissioning & Project Management assistance with installation projects.
* Maintain compliance with Health & Safety procedures and legislative compliance in all tasks undertaken.
* Identify opportunities to improve site safety, plant reliability and operating efficiency
* Perform adhoc duties as and when required by the supervisor or the General Manager of the company
* To work overtime as and when the business requires, this may include nights and weekends to which notice may not always be given
* Use of emailing / calendars to plan your daily work requirements so that all tasks are completed effortlessly and efficiently.
Qualification/Experience Required:
* You must be a fully qualified Refrigeration Engineer with Refrigeration Handling City and Guilds qualification (F-Gas Qualification)
* Candidates would hold City and Guilds Level 2/3 Refrigeration/Air Conditioning
* Candidates must posses CSCS card, IPAF, Co2 handler, Asbestos awareness, PASMA mobile tower.
* An ammonia safe handling certificate
* A minimum of 10+ years’ experience carrying out on-site installation, repair and maintenance works.
* Experience with and certification for hydrocarbons would also be desirable
Working Hours
* Work will be on sites between Milton Keynes and Leicester with company van, phone, latop, tools andcomplete uniform (including all PPE) are provided.
* Job types: Full-time (3 months’ probationary period)
* Package: depends on the experience + net of 30 mins per day unpaid lunch break + overtime(will be discussed during the time of interview)
* Hours of Work: 50 hours per week, normal working hours on site are from 8.30am. to 5.00pm Normal working days shall be Monday to Friday, excluding Public and Bank Holidays
