We are looking for a highly motivated and EXPERIENCED chef/cook. The position is parttime or fulltime between 25 to 35 hours per week. There will be some straight shifts and some split shifts. You will be expected to work weekdays, weekends and some Bank Holiday Mondays.
You will need to have a full knowledge of safe kitchen practices which comply with EHO regulations.
You will need experience of working in a busy pub/restaurant style business and work well within a team and have the ability to work off your own to cover other team members holidays and days off etc.
NOTE:
Our kitchens are closed on Sunday nights and all day Mondays.
