We are looking for a Vice Principal - Employers and Commercial, to join our team.
This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week. Due to the leadership nature of this role, you may be required to work across all of our campuses.
As the Vice Principal - Employers and Commercial, you will lead the college's strategic initiatives in the development of work-based learning programmes (encompassing all funding streams), identifying emerging industry trends and forging dynamic partnerships with employers, stakeholders, and community organisations.
The successful candidate will need to have a forward-thinking approach that will drive innovation, enhance curriculum relevance and promote student success.
This role is responsible for developing and leading the college's Employer Engagement Strategy, building on what is going well and leading on new initiatives. Which includes:
* Develop Strategic Partnerships

* Lead Bid Writing and Grant Applications
* Foster Employer Collaboration for Work-Based Learning

Required skills and qualifications
* Degree, or professional experience, which is relevant to the role
* Substantial senior management experience at a strategic level within the FE/Education sector or applicable industry
* An in depth awareness of and a strong commitment to further education and work-based learning as a means of social and economic community regeneration
* Have a high level of experience in shaping an organisation and achieving planned outcomes demonstrating an ability to empower others and provide dynamic leadership
