Key Responsibilities:
1. Cooperate with distributors and major installers to deliver efficient and effective after-sales service;
2. Organise training programs and help implement certification processes for installers;
3. Offer sales training and support to help installers understand and effectively sell products;
4. Engage in regular training sessions to stay updated on digital power products;
5. Travel 80% of the time to get familiar with installers in the early stage, and 30% of the time traveling once settled.
Requirements:
1. Own vehicle: full UK driving license and have own vehicles;
2. Work Experience: Prior experience in Solar channel work and Solar installer experience;
3. Language Proficiency: Proficient in English;
4. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree.
