Summary Responsibilities
* Deliver online and in-person (across our services) quality training to meet learning outcomes and aligned to strategic and operational needs.
* Build training content and report on compliance via the online learning platform.
* Relationship building with colleagues and operational managers to help them achieve their KPIs and identify training needs.
* Undertake core training duties e.g. Induction & mandatory update days.
* Complete workplace assessments including observations and sign-offs of key competencies.
* Deliver existing courses and update as needed.

Additional Information

Hours: 35 hours, Monday to Friday (part time hours may be considered)
Pay: £16.05 per hour
Please note: This is mostly an office based role but the possibility of one day working remotely can be discussed at interview.
