Job Title: Key Account Support
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000
Location: Ashford
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in a major FMCG operation.

In this role, your function as a centre of expertise to monito a worldwide customer portfolio within the food retail markets.
Key responsibilities:
* You provide periodic and ad hoc reports on turnover, assortment, profitability, customised reports, both for internal use as for the customer
* You translate topics from supply chain/purchasing to sales impact (constrained forecast, foil problems, discontinued items…)
* Maintaining retailer's product management systems
* Proactively support account managers by managing and analysing customer files, market data and product portfolio's and prepare customer meetings.
Candidate Criteria:
* Experience in a large, fast-moving company in a customer service, inside sales or sales support role
* Building reports and analysing data.
* You work easily with new IT systems (preferably SAP) and have an advanced level of excel knowledge.
* Experience with Power BI is a plus.
* Customer contact & delivering service are essential! A commercial, client focused mindset is a must-have.
