Job Title: Key Account Support Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 Location: Ashford This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in a major FMCG operation. If you're feeling tired and stagnant in your current role - this could be the fresh new chapter you've been looking for In this role, your function as a centre of expertise to monito a worldwide customer portfolio within the food retail markets. Key responsibilities: You provide periodic and ad hoc reports on turnover, assortment, profitability, customised reports, both for internal use as for the customer You translate topics from supply chain/purchasing to sales impact (constrained forecast, foil problems, discontinued items…) Maintaining retailer's product management systems Proactively support account managers by managing and analysing customer files, market data and product portfolio's and prepare customer meetings.?? Candidate Criteria: Experience in a large, fast-moving company in a customer service, inside sales or sales support role? Building reports and analysing data. You work easily with new IT systems (preferably SAP) and have an advanced level of excel knowledge. Experience with Power BI is a plus.?? Customer contact & delivering service are essential A commercial, client focused mindset is a must-have.?
