Location: Horsham
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum DOE + Commission (breakdown available) + Annual Reviews
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 5.15pm (45 min lunch), Friday 8.30am - 1pm (Flexible start & finish times available)
Benefits: 24 days holiday + bank holidays (including Christmas shutdown), Pension, Death in Service, Parking (depending on location)

The Role:
As Sales Manager, you will lead and develop the sales team, currently consisting of 4 x Sales Account Managers, to drive business growth. You will implement strategic sales initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and enhance existing relationships. A key part of this role is spearheading the department's expansion through proactive lead generation and re-engaging lapsed and smaller accounts.
