An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our vibrant Marketing team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. About the role
To be successful in this role you should have an interest in delivering digital growth within the healthcare sector. As someone who is confident in balancing a plethora of marketing projects, content management strategies SEO optimisation and B2C relationships, your key day to day duties will include the following:
* Design and execute comprehensive SEO strategies encompassing on-page, off-page, and technical elements to boost organic visibility.
* Conduct thorough site audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, site speed, mobile usability, and structured data optimization.
* Optimize website content, meta tags, internal linking structures, and URLs to improve rankings for targeted keywords.
* Drive off-page strategies, including link-building campaigns, guest blogging, and influencer outreach, to enhance domain authority.
* Build and manage web pages efficiently using CMS platforms (HubSpot, WordPress or custom CMS systems)
* Structure and organize CMS workflows to streamline content updates and maintain website integrity.
* Oversee campaign performance and optimize efforts to maximize ROI
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will also have a responsibility to work with stakeholders, colleagues and ensure compliance with industry standard and best practice. Day to day duties commensurate with this will also include:
* Ensure all web content adheres to best practices for UX/UI, SEO, and accessibility standards.
* Collaborate with design and development teams to implement website enhancements and troubleshoot technical issues.
* Analyse market trends, audience behaviour, and competitive positioning to inform strategic decisions.
* Ensure all marketing activities comply with GDPR, ICO guidelines, and other UK-specific data protection laws.
* Work with legal and IT teams to establish and enforce data handling, user consent, and privacy management processes.
* Coordinate campaigns across multiple channels (email, paid ads, social media, and more) while maintaining consistent branding and messaging.
* Use project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) to plan, execute, and track progress effectively.
* Use A/B testing, heatmaps, and other tools to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
* Report on key metrics to stakeholders, providing actionable insights to optimise future campaigns.
Location:
Whilst this role will require some presence on site, we are able to offer a work from home balance. There will be a requirement to work at our offices from time to time. Office days can be worked from one of our offices either in Dublin, at our Head Office in Bracknell or at our London site.
About you:
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong project management skills with a detail-oriented and highly structured approach. You will have expertise in tracking technologies and a strong understanding of ethical data collection.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., CIM or IDM certifications) are desirable.
* 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on B2C and supplemental B2B expertise.
* Comprehensive knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical) and experience managing UK-focused campaigns.
* Proficient in managing CMS platforms, with hands-on experience in page creation, editing, and optimisation.
* Familiarity with UK data protection standards and regulations such as GDPR and ICO guidelines.
* An ability to be flexible and adapt within in a fluid and dynamic environment.
* Accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
* Strong communication and organisation skills.
* An ability to maintain effective working relationships with operational departments.
* Autonomy and can do attitude.
* An ability to demonstrate curiosity, seek continuous feedback and thrives within a learning culture.
