Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Contracts Administrator:
1. Assessing contracts and negotiating any necessary changes
2. Liaise with customers and internal teams including sales and finance
3. Reviewing notes and minutes from client meetings
4. Drafting cover letters
5. Creating and managing reports
6. Monitoring and addressing queries promptly
7. Providing regular updates on progress and tasks
8. Facilitating in-house training sessions for staff members
