Job Duties:
The Part Time Reception Teacher will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons to young students. They will create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, assess and monitor student progress, and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Enhanced DBS on Update Service
* Experience working with early years or primary school children
Education:
A relevant Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
Experience:
Previous experience teaching in a Reception or Early Years setting is desirable
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional training in Early Years education
* Experience using interactive teaching methods

The Part Time Reception Teacher will work in a vibrant and dynamic school setting, collaborating with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development of young learners. The role may involve some weekend or evening commitments for parent meetings or school events.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
