Workshop supervisor

Hybrid Recruit are actively recruiting for a Workshop Supervisor to work for a reputable client based at their Huntingdon depot.

The successful Workshop Supervisor will hold the overall responsibility of the yard/warehouse operations by providing excellent standards of service, efficiency, and performance.

Responsibilities of the Workshop Supervisor:

Efficiently managing a team of yard/depot staff, ensuring orders are correct and on time, and providing top quality customer service.

Ensuring company compliance of all depot/yard policies, legislations and procedures as well as taking responsibility for health and safety issues of the warehouse/yard.

Managing, monitoring, and developing a team of depot/yard staff. Ensuring workload is delegated based on skill level.

Involvement in strategic development and improvements.
