You'll play a key role in crafting engaging visual content across print, digital, presentation, and branding platforms, helping shape how clients and teams interact with learning materials and communications. Responsibilities Design visually impactful presentations for pitches and training workshops Create workbooks, promotional materials, and social media graphics Produce and edit videos, including adding subtitles Design internal documents for consistent brand representation Manage and maintain website content and design updates Explore and recommend new design tools and technologies Track and report weekly design hours Create e-learning content using Articulate 360 Skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling Excellent communication and feedback skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Collaborative mindset, working effectively with content, coaching, marketing, and operational teams A customer-focused approach to design, ensuring all outputs enhance user experience Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is desirable Experience A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Graphic Designer role Proven track record of producing high-quality visuals across various media Experience with e-learning tools and video editing platforms is advantageous Blue Eskimo is the leading provider of specialist recruitment for the Learning and Development, e-learning and Training sectors.
