We are looking for an HR Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our Human Resources department in the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the HR function in our Sheffield location.

Description
1. Support HR department with administrative duties
2. Help in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents
3. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
4. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
5. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
6. Compile and update employee records for future references
7. Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks and issuing employment contracts
8. Participate in HR projects, like help in organising staff training sessions and workshops
Profile
1. Strong administrative skills with an ability to prioritise tasks
2. Excellent organisational and time-management skills
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Basic knowledge of labour laws
5. Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
6. A degree in Human Resources or related field
