Our forward-thinking software/tech client is seeking a self-motivated, strong communicator to join their team.
Hybrid working, located in Central London, the role is to act as a main contact, handling incoming inquiries about the company's services and software, offering advice and assisting with technical issues.
The focus is to ensure the client and the inquiry are handled in a professional and helpful manner along with providing the relevant administrative support, including logging details, updating data, and processing any relevant admin.
Requirements
* Superb communication skills.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* A strong personality and enthusiastic attitude are key - personable and a true team player.
* A fast learner who takes pride in doing a job well.
* 6 months + of commercial/office admin experience.
* Client services experience (corporate).
