We're looking for a Sous Chef or Strong Junior Sous & Chef De Partie to join this award-winning small independent group. The owners have a history of successfully combining the best qualities of Michelin Star restaurants with relaxed brasseries, with its team being the most important.
With this creation, they have upped the ante and designed an opulent and elegant dining room set in a stunning river brasserie. The beautiful open-plan kitchen means the Sous Chef or Strong Junior Sous will have the best equipment.
The intriguing beautiful settings combined with award-winning food and exceptional service have resulted in critics and trendsetters gathering in masses towards the brasserie.
Located in one of the most desirable locations, this burgeoning iconic dining room is woven into the tapestry of the local community.
The Head Chef has an amazing culinary background, having trained in a variety of Michelin Star awarded restaurants around the world, and in London most notably. There will be supplier visits, and the Sous Chef will be extremely well supported while using British produce.
The ideal Sous Chef or Strong Junior Sous looking for a step up & Chef De Partie will be passionate about high-quality food and creating noteworthy dining experiences.
Chefs will have the option of shift patterns, with a contract of 48 hours and overtime paid if requested. Closed Mondays & Sunday evenings.
