Commercial Property Solicitor
Our client is searching for a Commercial Property Solicitor (4-5 years + PQE) to join their Commercial Property & Planning team in Bournemouth.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and be focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for clients. The right candidate will demonstrate high levels of accuracy, knowledge of firm and departmental needs and procedures, ensuring deadlines are met.
Key Attributes include:
1. Provision of legal advice and assistance to existing clients, whilst developing your own client base.
2. Ability to manage cases at a level of complexity appropriate to your level and experience, providing guidance to others in the team as appropriate.
3. A fee earning role, handling commercial property transactions from the initial client contact through to completion, for example:
4. Sale of newly built property or property in the course of construction (i.e., plot sales).
5. Sale and purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold premises.
6. Landlord & Tenant matters.
7. Acquisition and sale of property for development, land promotion, options, conditional contracts, and coverage.
8. Acting for lenders and pension schemes.
9. Providing outstanding client care at all times.
10. Advising clients with integrity and reporting any concerns to the Partner.
11. Carrying out marketing, networking, and other business development activities.
12. Managing all cases and files to a high standard and in accordance with SRA requirements, the Law Society protocol, Laceys’ procedures, and the LEXCEL quality mark requirements.

Hybrid working is available, with three days in the office and two days working from home upon successful completion of the probationary period.
The initial base salary will be between £50,000 - £55,000 p/a, depending on the level of experience, and will be reviewed alongside individual performance bonuses.
