We are working with a global utilities company based in Hertfordshire that are about to embark on a huge transformation. We need a PMO Lead to work on a high-profile post-merger integration programme, provide critical support across programme governance, scheduling, financial tracking, and value creation. This role sits within the Programme Office that supports key workstreams, including business change and value creation. Key Skills required for the PMO Lead: Experience working on large-scale programmes, ideally in a post-merger integration or transition planning environment. Strong knowledge of PMO processes, governance, and programme controls. Expertise in project management tools and data analysis (MS Excel, Power BI, etc.). Ability to develop high-quality presentations (MS PowerPoint) for senior stakeholders. Experience with ERP systems and financial tracking within a programme setting. A proactive and structured approach - able to independently assess programme needs and introduce effective ways of working. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with programme leadership and finance teams.
