Leadership & People Development Support, mentor, and inspire a passionate team Foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews ?? Operational Excellence Help manage the delivery of the EYFS curriculum Maintain outstanding care, safety, and compliance standards Step in confidently to lead in the Manager’s absence ?? Admin & Financial Oversight Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and fee management Monitor targets and KPIs to ensure nursery success ?? Family & Community Engagement Build strong relationships with parents and carers Ensure families feel informed, involved, and supported ??
