Our Client is a Blue Chip Construction Contractor who, due to an expanding workload, is looking for a Design Coordinator to join their small team in Woking.
The role is long-term, with over 9 years of work already secured.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting the engineering assurance process for the Design Manager and external consultants.
* Managing design change and serving as the primary point of contact for technical queries during both construction and design phases.
* Liaising with the client to understand and deliver their specific requirements.
* Assisting the design team, design consultants, and construction partners to develop technically and economically efficient engineering solutions, including reverse engineering.
Minimum Requirements:
* Degree (or equivalent experience).
* Experience working on construction new build and refurbishment projects.
* Ideally, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM design experience.
* Own car and drive.
Please note this is a long-term opportunity with the option to go permanent after 14 weeks if successful. There will be some work from home and some office-based work.
