About the opportunity:
We are seeking an individual to perform the following:
1. Maintain a high standard of presentation for the site and the sales complex.
2. Ensure all relevant information needed to provide accurate details to purchasers is consistently available and up to date.
3. Guide potential purchasers through show homes, stock plots, and the site to effectively showcase the product.
4. Regularly liaise with purchasers, solicitors, and financial advisors.
5. Meet sales targets in accordance with business requirements.
About the benefits and rewards:
The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to £34k DOE. In addition to the basic salary, there will be further company benefits.
About the requirements:
1. Strong negotiation and sales skills.
2. Experience as a Sales Advisor for a residential house builder.
3. Proficient administration skills.
4. IT literate.
5. Flexible working pattern, with availability to work weekends and bank holidays.
6. Willingness to travel, sometimes on short notice.
7. Holds a full driving license and has access to a vehicle for business travel.
