Salary: £28,679 – £30,407 per annum (Unqualified)
£33,218 - £37,379 per annum(Qualified)

The Opportunity
Due to fantastic levels of growth of 16-18 year old students within the Group, we are looking for Maths Lecturers to join our team to provide outstanding teaching and ensure that all our learners succeed and achieve their highest potential across a range of programmes including GCSE and Functional Skills.
We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who can promote a culture of excellent behaviour, motivation and high learner performance through the highest standards of teaching and learning. In addition, you should be a committed team player and have a passion for supporting students to succeed. Ideally, you will hold a degree in Maths or English or a related discipline, but we are willing to consider other relevant higher-level qualifications as well.

If you have not previously worked within the Education sector but have considered a career move, you may be suitable for the Department of Education - Taking Teaching Further initiative, which employs industry specialists direct into Further Education. You will receive an enhanced support package whilst you gain a Teaching Qualification. This opportunity can be discussed at the interview stage.
