Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively explore for relevant construction projects with may require products and services.
* Contact potential clients via phone or email to establish contacts, generate and quality leads, and arrange meetings.
* Utilise current database of contacts including updating information and cleansing data where required.
* Ensure the CRM and pipeline is regularly updated.
* Preparing resources and presentations with marketing team where required.
* Implement strategic tactics to pursue substantial prospects which could transform the business.
* Utilise LinkedIn to connect with relevant potential clients and explore projects which may require our services.
* Work with current clients to establish contacts in other areas of the organisation which we may not be serving currently
The successful candidate will have:
* Have a hungry, target-driven attitude.
* Have an understanding of the Office 365 software including Outlook, Onedrive/Sharepoint, Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
* Willingness to carry out repetitive tasks including cold calling.
* Quick learner, able to fit in with a fast paced and flexible team.
* High level of accuracy.
