Description
As Marketing Manager, you will report directly to our Head of Campaigns to create innovative campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation, on a temporary 12-month fixed term contract. To support the team through an exciting period of growth, you will be a creative and data-driven thinker, to develop and implement successful marketing strategies that align with the goals of the business. With clients across the UK and internationally, you will create cross-functional campaigns to suit a variety of audiences, including digital, social media, email, print, and events. This is a dynamic role with the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders, whilst being an influential factor in developing a growing brand.
This role supports home-based working, with occasional travel to one of our UK office locations (Leeds, Edinburgh, Nottingham, London).
Key Responsibilities
* Developing and implementing comprehensive Marketing campaign strategies in line with company goals and target audiences.
* Supporting acquired businesses with their Marketing activities whilst they transition into Progeny guidelines.
* Collaborating with the Production team to design engaging content and materials for multi-channel campaigns.
* Increase brand awareness and lead generation across all territories and locations.
* Support the Head of Campaigns to develop the Marketing strategy, with business insights and data being incorporated and aligned to Progeny’s goals and values.
* Strategically look at ways of optimising campaign performance to ensure effectiveness and ROI.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Proven experience in Marketing management, working within Marketing campaigns from development to execution.
* Considerable experience across a range of Marketing functions, including social media, content writing, and data analysis.
* Experience working within professional services both in the UK and globally (desirable).
* Strong working knowledge of Marketing strategies and techniques.
* Proficient in content writing with the ability to create engaging and audience-specific content across various platforms.
