Our £42m turnover client is looking to expand the HR team due to the incumbent HR Manager's promotion to Director. The Opportunity
1. Responsible for day-to-day HR operations across the Group
2. Management of recruitment and onboarding duties
3. Professional and confidential handling of Employee Relations
4. Driving Learning and Development across the Group, inclusive of performance reviews
5. Accurate and timely payroll of employees across the Group
6. Working alongside the SLT to offer support and guidance where appropriate
The Candidate
1. You will be an experienced HR Advisor/Manager, ideally within the Manufacturing industry
2. Experienced in payroll of a high volume of employees
3. You will be values-led, with discretion and integrity being two of your key assets
4. You will be comfortable attending the Welshpool office 4 days per week
