About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven business development director to join our team at Recruitment Revolution.
As Head of Enterprise Sales and Partnerships, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing business strategies to drive revenue growth
* BUILDING STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS AND NEGOTIATING DEALS
* Identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals to secure new clients
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum depending on experience. This is a great opportunity to join a leading agency and be part of a dynamic team.
